Yo26 is our signature heated version of the original hot yoga sequence consisting of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises. The sequence of poses in Yo26 (otherwise known as Bikram Yoga) is always the exact same and the room is heated to 40 degrees.

Yo26 involves a full body stretch from head to toe with a specific emphasis on stretching and strengthening the spine. This is an all levels class but perfect for a beginner who has never experienced hot yoga or yoga itself.

  • All Yo26 classes are heated to 40degrees
  • All clients are encouraged to carry water for this class
  • Clients will be provided with A YOFIT mat and anti slip yoga mat towel for this class
