YoBURN

YoBURN is a fusion class consisting of traditional hatha yoga postures combined with a series of core focused poses towards the end of the class. This class always begins with standing postures and finishes with floor postures! YoBURN is a hybrid class focused on stretching and strengthening the spine, engaging the deep core muscles and improving physical mobility, focus and endurance levels!
Points to note:
  • This class is for all levels 
  • All YoBURN classes are heated to 39 degrees
  • All clients are encouraged to carry water for this class
  • Clients will be provided with A YOFIT mat and anti slip towel for this class
