A challenging YoCORE class is to be expected with a strong focus on yoga core exercises, fitness core exercises and pilates core exercises all in one! Each YoCORE Class is a little different, however, all highlight the importance of a strong centre which is highly correlated to maintaining good posture, balance and long term health within the physical body.
