YoFLO 3 is our signature Vinyasa Flow style class for individuals who have been practicing yoga for a while. A challenging dynamic Flo is to be expected with advanced options. This class is not for beginners – it is the only class on schedule that is not for all levels. In YoFLO 3 all poses connect or ‘FLO’: the emphasis is primarily on ‘movement with breath’ highlighting the importance of an individual’s commitment to practice and working towards more advanced postures.
Each YoFLO 3 class is a little different, however, all will include a range of standing and seated poses which will strengthen and stretch your entire body in a unique way.
