YoFLO is our signature Vinyasa Flow style class. A challenging dynamic Flo is to be expected! This all levels class consists of a unique blend of fast and slow movement – with options for everybody! In YoFLO all poses connect or ‘FLO’: the emphasis is primarily on ‘movement with breath’ highlighting the importance of mindful movement!
Each YoFLO class is a little different, however, all will include a range of standing and seated poses which will strengthen and stretch your entire body at the same time!
