YoLATES is our signature heated blended core fusion class. This class is all about engaging the muscles in and around the centre of the body or the ‘CORE’ correctly!

A challenging YoLATES class is to be expected with a strong focus on yoga core exercises, fitness core exercises and pilates core exercises all in one! Each YoLATES Class is a little different, however, all highlight the importance of a strong centre which is highly correlated to maintaining good posture, balance and long term health within the physical body.
Points to note:
  • This class is for all levels
  • All YoLATES classes are heated to 38.5 – 39 degrees (approx.)
  • All clients are encouraged to carry water for this class
  • Clients will be provided with a YOFIT mat and an anti-slip towel for class
