Yo32 is our signature heated hatha class which consists of 32 postures. The sequence of poses is always the same and the room is always heated to 40 degrees.

Yo32 involves a full body stretch from top to toe with an emphasis on breath control. Yo32 is similar to Yo26 however it is a slightly more dynamic sequence which includes more poses focused on building a strong core and opening the hips.

Points to note:
  • This class is for all levels
  • All Yo32 classes are heated to 40degrees
  • All clients are encouraged to carry water for this class
  • Clients will be provided with A YOFIT mat and anti slip yoga mat towel for this class
