I would recommend YOFIT if you want to be fit and healthy. The staffs in front was really very accommodating and kind. Always smiling . Came today this morning for inquiry and she was brilliant. I will come for my yoga this week for sure.

I love Yo26 sessions with Eric. He’s a great yogi and an amazing instructor. I feel like his voice is medicine for my body. I’ve heard, “If you love what you do, you don’t have to work any day,” and he’s proof of that. Caroline, the owner, is a very nice person and I love her classes and enthusiasm. The staff at YoFIT are always smiling, friendly, happy to help, creating a positive vibe at the studio. Love love love YoFIT. Thanks for being there.

Took a class at this studios it was a great workout. I highly recommend it.
First time in doing hot yoga, the studio is clean and spacious, staffs are helpful and friendly, there are several lessons to choose from basic stretching, core strengthening, muscle toning and up to combining cardio movements are all lead by experienced trainers, it is worth trying!
Such a welcome addition to The Greens! Spotless studio, friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable and generous instructors. 10/10!
